homepage_121 More and more studies are finding that vitamin D is important if not vital to your health.  The best way to obtain this vitamin is through enjoying the sun.  In small doses, the sun is actually good for you.  Don’t mistake me and run out in the heat of the day and get a sunburn!  Sunburns are not good for you, but even 10 minutes in the morning sun can add to your vitamin D stores and help reset your body clock so you’ll be able to fall asleep easier at night.
